New series “Battleworld” announced in September 2025 • AIPT

Marvel Comics returns to Battleworld, a new five-island limited series by Christos Gage and Marcus to. The story will see crushed pieces of an infinite world unite and form a single planet that plays hosts of epic conflict! This time, players are handpicked from across space and time, including some of the most iconic universes in the multiverse.

“When Will approached me about being a Battleworld artist with Christos Gage, I jumped at the opportunity,” he added. “As a fan of comics, my favorite stories were books like Avengers Forever, Onslaught, Heras Reborn, and more. I was excited to see all these different heroes and villains share the stage with each other.

The series will begin on September 24th.

So, what is Battleworld?

“You will kill your enemies, prove your worth, and become yours in a world where everything you want comes!”

Secret Wars Battleworld is back! Multiverse heroes are thrown together into a patchwork world and engage in their own secret wars for the survival of the timeline! Who or what created this battlefield, and for what? Please enter Maestro. Is he a friend or an enemy?

“I was a ferocious consumer of the original secret war when it was released in 1984, so the opportunity to revisit the concept of “destroying the enemy” was fascinating. And do they offer amazing marcuses to art as they are one of my favorite Marvel characters to write to me? ” Gage has recalled.

When you select a cast, the gauge states: “When Will suggested that fragments of Battleworld can come from different timelines, Marvel has so many great things from future past times to 2099, so I jumped on it. Dumbass rules the future Earth of escaped Luke Burns. One. I’ve even mentioned my first encounter with the arcade as I lured a bunch of students from our Big Bad, Colvac and Hank’s Avengers Academy…”

New York, New York – June 17, 2025 – The next secret war in the Marvel Universe will explode this September in Battle World, a five-island limited series by acclaimed author Christos Gage (Superior Spider-Man) and superstar artist Marcus (X Force).

Like the tradition of the visionary secret war event of 2015 by Jonathan Hickman and Esad Ribic, Battleworld will see them unite the crushed pieces of the endless world that form a single planet doing homework in epic conflicts! This time, players are handpicked from across space and time, including some of the most iconic universes in the multiverse. Get ready to see fan favorite characters like the original star brand, The Storm of the Days of Future Past, Spirit Rider Kushara and Maestro. The battle line creates one another’s rally of this amazing hero and villain in war for the ultimate prize, mystical powers!
