Horror recommendations are essentially a horror exchange. I want someone to be very scared or uneasy about fiction and to share my screams with someone else. By doing so, there is always a chance that one of the movies and books you recommend will turn a curious passerby into a lifelong horror hound. For example, George Romero’s films have that effect. Afterlife with Archie, a zombie horror series that put “Archie Horror” on the map 10 years ago, comes to Disney+ from showrunner Roberto Aguirre Sacasa and executive producer Greg Berlanti. The duo, who served as showrunner and producer at Riverdale and served as Sabrina’s sober adventure, gained a commitment to the series from the show’s script.
