boom! The studio is continuing the legacy of the popular sci-fi series The Expanse with a series of comic stories, including the latest installment, The Expanse: A Little Death, released in September. Today, The Beat can reveal an exclusive first look at issue #4, which concludes the limited series.
Written by Andy Diggle and Wes Chatham, illustrated by Francesco Pisa, colored by Sarah Stern, and written by Simon Bowland, The Expanse: Little Death takes place after season 6 of the TV series and the events of The Expanse: Dragon’s Tooth. The series is directed by the author of the original novels, who goes by the pen name James S.A. Corey.
The summary of issue 4 is as follows.
This is the final issue of the ground-breaking series, where Amos’s path of revenge reaches its final stage!
Amos comes face-to-face with a sinister presence that orchestrates Oberon’s every move in his solo war against the criminal organization.
But the shadow in the darkness is no stranger…and it’s a familiar face.
Watch as the creative team of actor and writer Wes Chatham, co-writer Andy Diggle, and artist Francesco Pisa work hard to bring Rocinante’s latest adventure to a spectacular finish.
