James Tynion IV’s Tiny Onion Banner is working on big apples in a big way. The studio has announced that it will be taking part in a handful of panels at this year’s New York Comic Con, featuring some of the publisher’s most popular titles. Notably, the truth and exquisite corpses each share a spotlight.
“New York Comic Con is not only our home show, it has become a show celebrating what we did and where we are heading,” he said in a press release. “We look forward to unveiling what little onion has on our sleeves.”
The Truth Ministry’s 5th Anniversary Panel will be held at 1C03 on Thursday, October 9th from 11:15am. A live play session of the exquisite corpse trading card game will be held on Friday evening at Room 408. The complete panel information is shown below.

Author James Tinion IV, co-creator of Exquisite Corps, and artist Michael Walsh will be joined by production Courtney Menard’s little Onion Director and production manager Deena Avila, along with live demonstrations of exquisite corpse TCG and discussions about what it’s like to build a game. Fans can play the early version with game cards collected from the polybagged variant edition of the cartoon. He was hosted by Hector Navarro.

Join creators Tate Brombal (Everything Dead & Dying), Soo Lee (Carmilla), Che Grayson (Exquisite Corpses), and Tiny Onion Talent Manager Greg Lockard (Liebestrasse) to chat about this fan’s delicious onion panel about their favorite queer media and LGBTQIA+ horror works. It was hosted by Sami Demonster.
“New York Comic Con is our home show and we’re giving it all!” added the Tiny Onion community, event manager, Harley Salbacka. “This year we have more signatures, more exclusive, new products, etc. I want everyone who comes to our booth to feel the same excitement we feel by being there.
In addition to a total of four panels, the small onions will have a booth on the show floor where they will hand out new editions of small onion presents.
