Marvel Comics is preparing for Tron: Ares’ theatrical debut on October 10th. Unfolding across hand-picked titles this October, these covers imagine Marvel heroes uploaded to the grid, dressed in light, glittering suits, fighting across the digital frontier.
This marks the second collaboration between Marvel and the Tron world, following the fan favorite Tron: Legacy Variation since 2010. I hope that icons like Captain America, Scarlet Witch, Spider-Man will be reinterpreted as a program, echoing Ares’ sophisticated designs.
