DC revealed the final variant cover of DC KO #1. Superstar artist Danmora delivers dynamic works that showcase all 32 fighters set to participate in the publisher’s large bracket style tournament. This issue, written by Scott Snyder along with Art by Javi Fernández, arrives on October 8th, 2025.
Mora’s variants are pulling back the curtains with the full roster for the first time, lined up all the competitors who step into the giant five-tier arena climbing from the Earth itself. Covering doesn’t just put the spotlight on players. It suggests a high stakes showdown that fans will discuss as the tournament unfolds. From heavy hitters to dark horse candidates, this is the clearest look in the mess that is about to erupt.
Launched as part of DC’s All In Publishing Initiative, DC KO promises a clash of heroes whose holds are not forbidden by escalating on scale, unlocking new abilities and shaking loose secrets that could overturn the DC universe.
“You have to be merciless to win,” Snyder teased. “And when you’re out, you’re out.”
Joshua Williamson, co-architect at the event, added: “Each level is a new challenge. Readers will see them rise in a way that doesn’t see unexpected fighters coming.”
The Mora variant will take part in the Fernández main cover and other additional variations of the DC heavyweight. Over the coming weeks, DC will roll out previews of bracket failures, fighter spotlights and opening round matchups, promoting speculation that they could ultimately claim the Omega King’s crown.
