Destito: How do you collaborate with this creative team?
Pack: I worked with Edder Messias in the book Sam Wilson: Captain America. He was delighted. He brings great energy, excitement and fun to every page. And he’s good at drawing monsters and is a huge fan of the show. Have you seen his cover in question #1? He already has a very grasp of Sam and Dean. I can’t wait to show off his interior!
And I’ve worked on a lot of books with my editor Nate Cosby. He’s always great to work with, and always comes to me on projects that allow me to dig into the fun genres I love.
Destito: What are the fans of the show looking forward to?
Set during episodes from the very early days of the Pak: series, the unprecedented, continuous storyline is extremely fun and features unprecedented villains, all goofy humor, thrilling ghost hunting, reckless rebelism, and heartfelt emotion with central emotion.
Destito: Can readers who don’t know much about TV series jump in?
Pack: Absolutely! You’ve never seen an episode and should be able to pick up #1 without being at home. (And of course you want to see the show too!)
Destito: Besides Sam and Dean, who are you looking forward to seeing?
Pack: If you remember that first season, their fathers play a big role even when they’re not on screen. That applies to these comics as well. Will he finally appear in person? I think you need to buy all the issues!
