According to a press release from the Rebellion,
“Greetings! If you want to cool your spine this Halloween season, we won’t look for a judge’s death mega special this October!
“The 2000 ad celebrates 45 years of undead alien superfeed, Judge Death, and his dark judge.
In addition,
“The mega special of the judge’s death celebrates the absolute bone cold horror of 45 years. Of course, it’s all served with a smile. But don’t think a dark judge has it easily.
Judge Death, created by John Wagner and Brian Boland, was first introduced in the 2000 AD Prog 149 in January 1980. In the same story arc that introduced Psi-Judge Cassandra Anderson (Prog 150). The judge of death is the undead power from another reality in which life itself is a crime. The character and his dark judge gang have proven to be so popular that he frequently made his comebacks with the main judged Red series and spinoff stories, as well as spinoff stories like the popular Deadworld and Deliverance and possible Elseworld Sagas.
