The winners of the 2025 Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards have been revealed, and once again, they spotlight the extraordinary range and depth of today’s comics landscape. From emotionally resonant memoirs and daring political journalism to boundary-pushing genre fiction and experimental storytelling, this year’s honorees reflect a medium that continues to evolve, surprise, and inspire.

Highlights include major wins for Lunar New Year Love Story, Absolute Wonder Woman, and The Department of Truth, as well as standout recognition for creators like Tom King, Emil Ferris, and Gene Luen Yang.

Whether you’re a fan of superhero epics, indie darlings, or international gems, there’s something in this year’s Eisners to celebrate, and plenty of new titles to add to your reading list.
