On the first International Comic-Con: San Diego 2025 panel on Thursday, July 24th, Marvel Comics lit the spotlight on one of their most beloved super teams, the X-Men. Marvel Editor in Chief CB Severski and X-Tom Breboat conductors joined forces with creators, including Ryan North and David Marquez, to unveil what’s coming next in X-Universe: Age of Revelation.
The age of revelation will keep Marvel’s universe in the future to ten years. Doug Ramsey, the heir to Apocalypse, reconstructed the Earth, so only mutants are the right fit to survive it. He and the choir hold power in the “mutant utopia” revelation realm, but the rest of the earth is destroyed by the X-virus. Like apocalyptic stories, the rebellion is upset, just as the few powerful profits from what happened…
The event began in October, with Marvel’s X-Men panel revealing covers and recruitment for Age of Revelation Series #2, which will attack the shelves in November. Two additional titles, Binary #2 and Roguestorm #2, will be released at a later date.
