Vault Comics offers retailers an unexpected boost with a big rig #1 bonus box. Retailers who order a large rig #1 bundle box via Lunar or Universal will automatically receive a matching number of bonus boxes. There is no need to place a new order. The vault covers the transport.
Each bonus box contains five new variant covers of Big Rig #1, selected by hand from a fresh batch of cover art that is not part of the original bundle. The two variants are not repeated in the same box, and the rarity level creates a collectible and surprising experience for both retailers and fans, from general to unique.
“We heard loudly and clearly that our fans wanted more diversity,” said Damian Wassel, CEO of Vault. “That’s why I’m upgrading my future bundle box with Big Rig #2. But I also wanted to get things right in Question #1 and reward customers with these new bonus boxes. The retailer is to make sure fans who have purchased the original bundle reach out to these new variations as well.”
The bonus box shipping date has not been confirmed, but Vault is working to get them out as quickly as possible.
Vault has also announced major improvements to the Big Rig #2 bundle box. Each bundle still contains 10 issues, but now there is even more variety. Retailers can expect at least nine different covers for each box pulled out of a pool of 15 possible variations. Its lineup includes surprises, rare finds, and even shots on a unique Peach Momoko cover.
Artists who have contributed to the Big Rig #2 variant include Nathan Gooden, Jim Mahfood, Dan Panosian, Luana Vecchio and Peach Momoko. Each issue arrives pre-packaged, sealed inside a collector-enabled box and boarded.
The updated Big Rig #2 10 Copy Bundle is limited to just 3,000 units and can be allocated.
The sample variant lineup includes:
Jim Mahodo (guaranteed)
Dampanocyan foil (general)
Luana Vecchio (rare)
Naishudden foil (rare)
Peach Peach Foil (very rare)
Peach Momoco Specialty Treatment (Unique, 1-1)
