Well, it’s been six months since X-Manhunt. That is, it’s time for another crossover with the X-Books. Welcome to the age of revelation this October when the publisher was teased last week. The current era of X-Men books exists with nods to the story throughout the title’s over 60 years of history. This time, we will properly experience the 30th anniversary of the event and experience a riff on the popular apocalypse storyline. That famous story is that Charles Xavier passed away young and the X-Men book resumed in another timeline in which the villain’s apocalypse ruled the earth. Each X-Men book went under a whole new name for four months.

After becoming the character’s successor in the miniseries Heirs’ Apocalypse last year, Doug Ramsay, a current revelation, recreates the world in his image. Just like classic events, the X-Men book appears to take over a new name in the age of revelation. Additionally, several Marvel Universe books also take up this alternative timeline and take part in the game. But the twist is that this is also one of many alternative awful futures for the X-Men. So, is it not only a homage to the age of the apocalypse, but also potentially a future past day? It all begins with an overture to the Apocalypse (no alpha or omega this time?). Jed Mackay, who wrote one of last year’s events (and one of Beat’s Best Marvel Books of 2024), will become the mastermind behind this. Hopefully, Age of Revelation can capture some of its line wide crossover fun. For more information, please see the press release below.

Often, pivotal moments occur that fundamentally transform Marvel’s universe, diverting its fate towards a strange timeline and a dark future. In October this year, to celebrate the greatest 30th anniversary of the aforementioned saga, the Age of Revelation is a surprising new X-Men event reborn in the image of the Apocalypse, images of Doug Ramsey, Aka Ramsey, Aka Ramsey.

This week, Select Retailers will receive the Shadow Drop Variant from Age of Evelation #0, a prelude one-shot by X-Men writer Jed Mackay and Superstar artist Humberto Ramos, revealing how this new status quo has turned out. Starting today, additional copies of this surprise issue with wraparound cover by Ryan Stegman are now available for order. Retailers should order immediately to receive a copy as soon as possible.

On October 1st, Age of Revelation Overture #1 by Mackay and Stegman serves as a fundamental alpha problem in this new era. This will overtake the foreseeable future current X-Men lines with series evolutions such as the amazing X-Men, Unbreakable X-Men, and expatriate X-Men, as well as a surprising and incredible Universe for the vensedive of Wrasinive Universe and radumentive and frsmermen. The full range of age revelation titles has been announced today, with the official series being announced next week.

Age of Revelation takes current X-Men storytelling in 10 years. After being welcomed by the X-Men of Cyclops, who opened his weapon, he was revealed to the impossible task that the Apocalypse entrusted to him. As his linguistic mutant power has been amplified to an astonishing new level, Doug orders the earth itself in his voice, transforming it into a utopian heaven of the mutant Kind. It is the homeland of mutants built on insidious lies, spreading across the globe and wiping out humanity until it becomes the homeland of mutants!

Heirs rise – resistance ignites!

From 2017 to today, the territory of revelation spreads from the Atlantic to Mississippi. This is a mutant utopia ruled by the heirs of the Apocalypse. But beneath the surface, the rebellion is brewed. When the Ragtag X-Men team bumps into the shadows, the revelation faces a threat from within. It all starts here – the dawn of the age of revelation!

McKay, who is the architect behind the latest X-Men milestone, said, “Enter in the Age of Revelation! We are extremely excited to be at the heart of this event. We are travelling to the alien future of the Age of Revelation. The story unfolds in the Age of Revelation determines whether this is the dawn of a new world. Yours!”
