Courtesy of Dark Horse Comics, AIPT can share designs and commentary with Henry Grand tain for The Graveyard of Time. This is the new fourth-issue miniseries of Hellboy creator Mike Mignora and author/artist Bruce Zick (The Mighty Thor, The Atomic Legion).
So what is Captain Henry and Time’s Cemetery?
The story begins in England in the 1880s, with the Whiteyer family and Edward Gray trying to save a trapped spirit, but their experiments involve Captain Henry catapulting into unknown territory where time, monsters and madness collide. Expect haunted polar bears, ghostly realms, and appearances from the familiar Hellboy’s face, including Hellboy himself.

Cover 1-A – AT First, we were considering the idea that the cover would reflect all four books. Later, I decided that the cover would only reflect one content.
Cover 1-b – This version has something to feel about the movie poster, but did not click. Also, we didn’t want to give the cover a watch monster surprise.
Cover 1-C – IT decided to keep it all simple, and Captain Henry decided to immerse himself in the world of the cemetery.

Cover 1-E – I liked the idea that the clock tower was closing to the captain and locking him in. The lower factor now leads the eyes to the center and our heroes. Everything seemed to work now.
Cover 1-F – The first stage of the ink was fine, but it required dozens of tweaks and improvements. The captain’s percentage was slightly off and had to be corrected.
