After unveiling the Ignition Press at New York Comic Con, the publisher will reveal many creators working on comic titles at San Diego Comic Con.
The new publisher, made up of well-known faces from the industry, including Eric Glitter, Philip Sabrik, Jeremy Horn and Jamie S. Rich, revealed on Tuesday that Ignition Press will have a pop-up experience for fans and press. The pop-up is located in the Gaslamp district at 643 G St. and features a lounge with snacks and high-speed internet access for songs, events, retail spaces and reporters.
The creators featured include Jeremy Haun, Karen Van, Leah Williams, Stephanie Williams, Inaki Miranda, Mike Tisseranda and David Valdeon. More creators will be announced over the next few weeks.
“When we started building Ignition Press almost a year ago, we wanted to do cartoons differently,” said Philip Sabrik, publisher of Ignition Press. “The Ignition Press Room is the first manifestation of the type of community we build around amazing creators and celebrate everything we love about this incredible medium!”
