Marvel Comics continues to celebrate Marvel Studios this July through Variant Covers. Fantastic Four: First Step Variant Cover. The cover revealed today features a human torch and a silver surfer.
Human Torch Art is based on the artwork of the film version of Cosmic Icon Silver Surfer, head of visual development at Marvel Studios, Ryan Meinerding, and concept artist Wesley Burt of Marvel Studios.

In addition to Marvel Studios’ highly anticipated film The Fantastic Four: Fartical Steps, which will open in theaters on July 25th, the groundbreaking superhero team embarks on a new comic book adventure for Fantastic Four #1. The new management debut issue of writer Ryan North and artist Humberto Ramos arrives at the comic shop on July 9th. Today, fans can check out the portrayal of the human torch in flight by the head of visual development at Marvel Studios, and the first two covers, the head of visual development of the artwork for the film version of the Cosmic Icon Silver Surfer, by Marvel Studios concept artist Weslie Bart.
