Titan Manga is the Unemployed Killers Support Group Vol. 1. A razor-like, noir-style manhua by Taiwanese creator Rio arrived at the store on February 3, 2026.
Originally selected as a candidate at the 2023 Angaurme International Comic Festival, the unemployed murderer support group is a dark, cheerful, bloody tale about a former assassin who struggles with life after death. With stylish black and white artwork, biting humor and deep twisted characters, Rio creates a crime drama filled with emotional remains and unexpected friendships.

The story follows Locker’s loyed, a former sniper who lost his vision and his job after the mission went wrong. Drifting and haunting in the past, he joins a support group of washed-down killers, each trying to (and often failing) his life. Among them is Gloria’s maze of meticulous assassins whose career has fallen apart after killing her husband’s mistress in deep anger. Jerry Cole, a former lawyer who became executioner after losing faith in the judicial system. And Jordi Joe is a paranoid con man who has never actually killed anyone but claims he belongs to the group.
As the unlikely crew tries to navigate life after Assassin, Locker realizes that his past hasn’t ended with him. The person responsible for his blindness and the person responsible for the death of his best friend are still there, and revenge may be the only step forward.
Perfect for fans of reservoir dogs, crime thrillers and dysfunctional found families, the unemployed support group is a cruelly quirky ride through the nasty aftermath of red, trauma and violence.
Manhua will hit the shelves on February 3, 2026 with 256 black and white pages and retail price of 12.99 USD. Pre-orders are now open through the Forbidden Planet and Burns and Noble.
