Marvel’s August 2025 solicitation won’t drop until tomorrow, but AIPT is exclusively looking at Miles Morales: Spider-Man #37.
This issue, written by Cody Ziglar in art by Luigi Zagaria, shows the first look of Inari and White, two brand new high stake players in Marvel Universe. These smooth, super powerful thieves are making waves across Brooklyn. But he is not alone. Misty Night is the lead in the charge and simply asks for backup from a specific cat expert.
Alongside the main cover of Federico Vicentini, Marvel is debuting two dynamic variations. This is a variant cover of Inari’s first appearance and a design variant by Taurine Clark, which makes use of Inari’s light-based aesthetics.
“We really wanted to give her a unique visual to reflect her powerset and background,” Clark tells AIPT. “Playful, powerful, refined, but capable. She’s not a murderer, but she does what she needs to do in the finer details of life!
White Cat may seem familiar to keen-eyed fans. She was first featured as part of Marvel’s new Champions Variant Cover Initiative. However, this issue shows her official entry into Marvel Mythology.
