It’s a bloody kickoff into an epic battle between predators and Marvel heroes! Encouraged by the new vibranium Arsenal and aided by an astonishing human allies, the King of Predators launches a full-scale invasion of the Earth and claims the planet as a hunting sanctuary! The entire Marvel universe is in the crosshairs of predator Tri-Laser, so if you’re still alive, you’ll need to read to see anyone witnessing shocking twists and turns!
The series presents the culmination of Marvel’s previous predator crossover, Predator vs. Wolverine (2023), Predator vs. Black Panther (2024), and Predator vs. Spider-Man (2025). In an interview with IGN, he teases both the series and the conclusion of Predator vs. Spider-Man (which debuted this week), saying, “The arena is not only levelled, but is tilted in Yautja’s favour,” with the title saying, “Not in the wrong direction. It’s armed with vibranium – and the Earth is a hunting sanctuary now.”
The announcement has been a big week and, overall, a big year for the Predator franchise, with the trailer for the upcoming film, Predator: Badlands, released yesterday.
Directed by Dan Trachtenberg (Prey) and starring Elle Fanning, the film features a predator as a hero (unlike the comics). Well, if you look closely, you can see Fanning playing Weyland Yutani Android. Will Marvel finally release his own Alien and Predator comics? Only time can be seen.
Badlands will be released in theaters on November 7, 2025 and will be preceded by an animated anthology film on Hulu, Killers of Killers (co-directed by Trachtenberg) on June 6.
