DC Comics has released new details surrounding the super-sized Superman #25. The Milestone issue, which is due to be released on April 23rd (written with art by Williamson, Maura, Burrows and Everferreira), features true Lex Luthor returning to DC.
Superman and Superwoman are still upset from the epic battle between Doomsday and Time Trapper, but a bigger problem has emerged… Lex Luthor is back! Rex’s memories have been erased during the Blaine Ark’s house, but now Superman’s biggest enemy has returned with a twist, and he is ready for a battle to control the Super Corp and the big city.
Superman #25 is a celebration of the past two years of challenges and victory for Crypton’s last son. It is also a key element of DC’s Summer of Superman, setting a brand new storyline for The Man of Steel and his allies.
Superman #25 features a wrap-around domain cover by series artist Mora. The main cover art can also be used as a foil embossed round variant cover, with additional variant covers by RAF Grassitti, Guillem March, Jeff Decal, Brad Walker, Dave Johnson, Laura Braga, Fico Ossio and Dunhip. Local comic bookstores have up-to-date information on availability and pre-orders.
