It’s hard to believe it’s been more than 50 years since Vision and Scar-Colored Witch tied the iconic giant-sized Avengers #4 knot. Not to mention their relationship has had its ups and downs ever since. With Valentine’s Day at the corner, it’s pretty fitting that Marvel has unveiled a new The Vision & Scarlet Witch five island miniseries that promises to redefine the iconic couple’s relationship. Probably a wedding bell?

This miniseries is written by Steve Orlando of Scarlet Witch. Steve Orlando is returning with Scarlet Witch artists Lorenzo Tametta and Jacopocamani. In the first issue, Scarlett cover artist Russell Daughtermann will feature the main cover, along with variant covers by Stephanie Hans and Margaret Sauvege, and a special foil homage variant cover by Jose Maria Casanovas.

Here’s how Marvel describes the miniseries:

Vision & The Scarlet Witch served as the latest evolution of Orlando’s ongoing Scarlet Witch Run, successfully redefining Wanda Makischoff’s adventures. The magic of Scarlet Witch has become more powerful than ever, paving his way in the Marvel Universe as a solo hero. But when it comes to helping her vision, she needs more than strength on her own! Suitable for their decades of romance, scar-colored witches and visions will help test their souls and collaborate in dramatic stories that break the heart!

Reunion… in a deadly situation!

Mystical doors are opened all over the world, attracting people with miracles and promises to their loved ones who have lost their reunion. When his eyesight is fatally injured and investigates the fatal truth of the door, Scarlet Witch resorts to extreme measures to save his life. The results are different than that!

Author Steve Orlando teased what’s going on:

“Anything is possible when it comes to the scar-colored witch!” Orlando said. “Now, on the 50th anniversary of their wedding, Vision and Scar-colored Witches will be reunited in the face of a corrosive evil that creeps beyond the grave, not just the universe itself. Wanda and Vision are the ones who are Marvel’s They will continue to be one of the most iconic couples, and for everything since, not just their marriage. The characters can really grow the relationship, as Wanda and Vision have. It’s a rare, beautiful thing. They came together, they fell apart and returned together stronger than before as a family. It’s a mature bond, and it’s something really special. I I am honored to be part of it. At the door of death, Wanda and Vision have nowhere to turn, but to each other.”

Artist Lorenzo Tametta expressed excitement as he continued his adventures with Scarlet Witch.

“Working on Scarlet Witch is a dream job,” Tammetta said. “It’s always fun and exciting to draw Wanda in person. I’m so happy to continue exploring her powers in this series. It’s also a great honor to be able to draw her alongside her vision. These I know how important the characters are to the fans!”

Jacopo Camagni added:

“Scarlett and Vision are one of my favorite couples in the Marvel Universe,” Kamani shared. “They are certainly a couple with the most dramatic history and almost Victorian love stories. The idea that they can tackle their relationship with them makes me happy and excited, and I wait for them. I can’t finish it!”
