The Goddam tragedy by Chris Condon (the ultimate Wolverine) and Sean Crunell (the cave tomb) came out of Oni Press in May. The 48-page horror western one-shot follows the journey of Eren Janson and her family in the hopes of finding something better in the wild during their trip to the west in the mid-1800s.
Ellen Jansson is here to set a straight-line record of the highly publicized and often sensed journeys that her family undertaken in 1846.
In search of a better life, Eren heads out on a dangerous path west with her mother Irena and father Leo. But when her father chooses to go through the mountains and take an untested shortcut, can their small family survive the elements, the wildlife, and each other? Or is their journey just another terrible tragedy?
