Marvel Snap was one of the unexpected casualties of the TikTok shutdown that briefly took effect last weekend, and as a way to get things right with its users, its developer is now offering direct and indirect services via Second Dinner. We are offering huge compensation packages to everyone affected. As detailed in the X article, US users will receive the most compensation, but international players can also receive a “global appreciation package” to address the failure. Second Dinner was able to bring Marvel Snap back online earlier this week, and the app is expected to return to the Google Play Store and App Store in the coming days.
In addition to the bonus, Second Dinner said it is “committed to introducing more services internally and partnering with new publishers” to prevent this type of scenario from happening again.
