Alyssa Wong returns to Star Wars: The High Republic for a new adventure! Dark Horse Comics brings Star Wars fans to the heart of the action with Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures Phase III – The Battle of Eriadu. This one-shot comic book event announced at NYCC is written by award-winning author Wong, known for his work on Nebula, World Fantasy, and the Locus Award. Wong teams up once again with Star Wars comic veterans artist Elisa Lomboli and colorist Michael Atiyeh to bring the Battle of Eriadu to an epic conclusion. Featuring breathtaking cover art by Jake Bartok, this comic depicts the long-awaited clash between the two former allies.
Wong says he met Digit Peirce and Gabi Takitaken on Escape from Valo.
I followed their individual journeys through Dispatches from the Occlusion Zone #2, Adventures in the High Republic, Adventures in the High Republic Annual, and the Star Wars Insider short story “Breaking the Mask.” The “Battle of Eriadu” one-shot brings all of these pieces together as a finale to the character arc. This is a story about how much you are willing to sacrifice for revenge, and what it means to let go of your loved ones.
