The DJI Osmo Mobile 6 gimbal is on sale for just $89 via Amazon as part of its early Black Friday sale. This is 36% off the price and a record low price for a camera stabilization device.
For the uninitiated, this product reliably locks your smartphone and provides smooth camera and video footage. Osmo Mobile 6 is more advanced than its predecessor in almost every way. It features a newly designed handle that’s easier to hold and a larger clamp that accommodates all the latest giant cell phones. The clamp can also be wrapped around small cell phones inside bulky cases.

This model has a built-in extension rod, so it can also be used as a selfie stick. It also includes the company’s ActiveTrack software. This provides better stability at long distances and actually tracks your subject as it spins, rotates, or moves. Another new feature is Quick Launch for iPhone models. This will automatically force the phone into the camera’s view when the gimbal is deployed.
It has a built-in status panel to check battery levels, time-lapse functionality, gesture controls, and more. It’s a neat little gadget. On the downside, even at $89, it’s pricey for a smartphone clamp. This is for those who prioritize top-notch footage.
