Marvel Comics is celebrating the release of its new solo series, Sam Wilson: Captain America, with a cover that pays homage to Sam Wilson. Released throughout January 2025, these covers represent some of the most memorable stories from the industry’s top artists recreating iconic covers from Captain America’s history.

NEW YORK, NY — November 8, 2024 — Sam Wilson to headline an all-new solo comic book series ahead of the February release of Marvel Studios’ Captain America: Brave New World I have decided to take on the role of SAM WILSON: CAPTAIN AMERICA, available in January, is co-written by Greg Pak and Evan Narcisse and illustrated by artist Eder Messias. The new series finds Captain America on a collision course with Red Hulk after the Winged Avenger uncovers a nefarious conspiracy under the guise of a new technology venture. Social worker and superhero Sam cherishes his exploits as Captain America in this thrilling superhero story.
