At the Spider-Man and His Toxic Friends panel, editor Nick Lowe and writer Joe Kelly premiered the trailer for the new amazing Spider-Man: The Eight Deaths of Spider-Man. The comic, written by Joe Kelly and illustrated by Ed McGuinness, will be a 10-part story starting with AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #61 on November 13th.
The series picks up after Bloodhunt and takes place during this new One World Under Doom, where Doom has become Sorcerer Supreme in the aftermath of recent events. Doom is tasked with spending his time trying to stop an evil god and his heir from ending the world, but despite the circumstances, he chooses to leave the task to the most selfless of Marvel’s superheroes. and delegates this task to none other than Spider-Man. Who has the magical suit that gives Peter eight extra lives? But is that enough?
