Although an iPad is cheaper and more portable than a MacBook, you often need an additional iPad accessory or two to use it just as conveniently. Attachable keyboards are great for those who work in writing, but Apple Pencil is essential for everything from studying to designing. Thankfully, lower-priced options with a USB-C Apple Pencil are now available on sale for $65 instead of $79, making it cheaper than ever. The 18% discount makes the accessory $5 cheaper than its Prime Day price.
Apple released the USB-C Pencil in late 2023 as a cheaper option than the comparable 2nd generation Apple Pencil and Apple Pencil Pro. This pencil is compatible with all iPads with a USB-C port and provides hover functionality when using an M2 iPad Air or iPad Pro. It also has great perks like low latency, tilt sensitivity, and pixel-perfect accuracy. However, it doesn’t have pressure sensitivity like other Apple Pencils.
