Bad Idea’s satirical horror comic The Lot will be making its big-screen debut, which is fitting considering what The Lot is about.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Akela Cooper, who has written numerous horror film scripts including The Nun II, The Marignant, M3GAN, and its sequel M3GAN 2.0, will co-star Dinesh Shamdasani and Benjamin. He has reportedly signed a contract with Simpson to make a comic book movie. They are Bad idea’s CEO and head of film and television, respectively.

The new cover of The Lot can be seen below.

Published in 2021 with author Margaret Bennett and illustrator Renato Guedes, The Lot is a four-issue series set on a Hollywood studio lot.

The series follows Aviva Copeland, who lands her dream job at Cloverleaf Studios in Los Angeles. In her effort to revive the soundstage, which has been closed for half a century since a famous filmmaker closed it down by having real-life cultists perform real occult acts, she Although no one is there anymore, I realize that something more sinister still exists. I’m lurking.

Fans of New York Comic Con can look forward to Bad Ideas hosting an event in Room 408 on October 19th from 3pm, where they will receive a copy of the New York CC exclusive The You have a chance to win a limited edition of Lot #1. panel.
