Bad Idea’s satirical horror comic The Lot will be making its big-screen debut, which is fitting considering what The Lot is about.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Akela Cooper, who has written numerous horror film scripts including The Nun II, The Marignant, M3GAN, and its sequel M3GAN 2.0, will co-star Dinesh Shamdasani and Benjamin. He has reportedly signed a contract with Simpson to make a comic book movie. They are Bad idea’s CEO and head of film and television, respectively.

Published in 2021 with author Margaret Bennett and illustrator Renato Guedes, The Lot is a four-issue series set on a Hollywood studio lot.
The series follows Aviva Copeland, who lands her dream job at Cloverleaf Studios in Los Angeles.
