NYCC ’24: Panel schedule revealed in images

Image Comics has announced the panel schedule for next week’s New York Comic Con. Revealed within the list are Jason Aaron, Mahmoud Asrar, Charles Soule, Ryan Braun, and Paul Azaceta, who announced their new project on Sunday morning, October 20th, from the owners of Massive Birth. There is information that there will be an announcement. Todd McFarlane on Thursday, Ghost Machine on Saturday.

Image Comics Presents: Enter the MASSIVE-VERSE
2:00pm – 3:00pm
Location: Room 409

Massive-Verse superstars Kyle Higgins (Radiant Black, No/One), Marcelo Costa (Radiant Black), Rod Reis (COWL: 1964), Matt Groom (Supermassive), Brian Buccellato (No/ONE), Gerardo Borges (No/ONE), Ryan Parrott (Rogue Son), and Ryan Sidoti share exciting new developments and announcements for the Massive Verse this year and next. We will announce. Moderator: Ryan Sidoti

Moonman panel featuring Kid Cudi

Two-time Grammy Award-winning musician Scott “Kid Cudi” Mescudi took NYC CC by storm last year, surprising everyone with Moon Man, his first step into the comics world. Now Cudi is back. Join co-writer Kyle Higgins (Radiant Black) and artist Marco Locati for an unmissable panel filled with behind-the-scenes secrets and announcements.

Bear McCleary: Musical Worldbuilding*
2:30pm – 3:30pm

God of War, The Lord of the Rings: The Ring of Power, The Walking Dead, Godzilla: King of the Monsters, Outlander, Battlestar Join acclaimed composer Bear McCleary, who has worked on projects as diverse as “Galactica” and “Percy Jackson.” A new rock concept album, The Singularity, explores the dramatic influence of music on the creation of fictional worlds, driven by collaborations with artists from all walks of life. Mr. McCreary is also a member of Grammy-nominated signer/songwriter/composer Rufus Wainwright, renowned author Matt Groom (Inferno Girl Red, Self/Made), comic book writer and filmmaker Kyle Higgins (Radiant Black, NO/ONE) and multiple Eisner & Harvey Award-winning cartoonist Ramon K. Perez (Jim Henson’s Sand Story, Jane).

Hasbro Toy Panel: Action Brands + Skybound GI Joe Ashcan Comic Book

In addition to sharing the latest news on Hasbro’s action brands, including GI Joe and Transformers, panel attendees will have a chance to receive one copy of Skybound’s GI Joe Ashcan comic book.

Midtown Comics (Times Square) Signs Energon Universe talent Joshua Williamson, Tom Riley, and Jorge Corona

Ghost Machine: One Year Later

After the sold-out success of its first book (Geiger, Redcoat, Luke: Exodus), which launched at NYCC last year, GHOST MACHINE is launching a one-year anniversary panel highlighting new releases (Hyde Street, It Happened) I’m back with. Hyde Street…Dever, Rocketfellers, Hornsby & Halo) and new titles from Brad Meltzer and Lamont McGee in 2025. You can’t miss this huge panel featuring Brad Anderson, Gary Frank, Brian Hitch, and Jeff. Johns, Lamont McGee, Francis Manapul, Brad Meltzer, Ivan Reis, Peter Snaebjerg, Peter J. Tomasi, Meytal Zuchut, and a few surprise guests!

Transformers and GI Joe: What’s Next for the Energon Universe? 3-4 p.m.

Skybound’s GI Joe and the Void Rivals have taken the comic book world by storm. This is the only panel that lets you know what’s going to happen next.
