Rising stars and comics industry experts have teamed up for Pots & Panels, a new anthology that combines the world of cooking with graphic storytelling. This compilation collects 50 short comic stories centered around food and includes a section full of real recipes submitted by creators, explaining why each recipe is special to them. I’m doing it.

First launching on Kickstarter on October 8, 2025, the anthology features Steve Niles (30 Days of Night/Spawn: Dark Age), Phil Hester (Green Arrow/Gotham Year One), Ande Parks (Green Arrow /Union Station) and other creators are participating. ), Tim Seeley (Hack/Slash/Nightwing), Ron Mertz (Green Lantern/Star Wars), Stephen Grant (Punisher/Whisper), Andy Coon (Firebreather), Brendan Deneen (Green Lantern) Arrow/Guardians of the Galaxy), Hilary Barta (The Simpsons/What the?), Mark Stegbauer (Ghoul’s Scouts/Spider-Man), Luis Morocho (Marvel Voices), Lisa and Brad Gullikson and Shane Swank etc.

Stories vary in size from 4 to 12 pages. This book is 400 pages, full color, and designed by a top comic book designer.

This anthology boasts a rich and diverse cross-section of creators, with stories spanning most genres. The creators’ extensive backgrounds ensure that the recipes represent every continent on Earth, featuring everything from Texas chili to sauerkraut and dumplings to hot chicken sandwiches.
