James Gunn’s Superman film has been one of the most comic book tactile films in years and today he has announced his sequel, Man of Tomorrow, which will be released on July 9, 2027. The title makes a lot of sense for comic fans, but Gunn paired up the announcement of Jim Lee Art, featuring Rex in a suit that is still iconic in the film. But wait, Jorge Zimenez also offered to bully on Instagram, along with Nicholas Holt sharing the directions of Mitch Gerad. Yes, the Green Mecha Suit might appear in the next film! Check out the…

I’m back in another edition of Venom Unleashed Fan Q&A. Also, Jordan D. White is here to strip off the layers of Symbiote. This week’s column is split into two new fan votes, from the eternal debate he calls MJ, who wields symbiosis, to how much the host’s flaws form a legacy of poison. Jordan shares his insights with the usual mix of signs and humor. If that’s not enough, I’m looking exclusively at new art from Jordanian editorials. Plus, he gives us insight into Lucia No Vecchio’s bold poison design, celebrating the incredible Spider-Man #252 in epic style. Trust…
See the cover of Captain America’s Sam Wilson: A Better Angel is everything you need to know why the book was put together. The looming red hulk in the background marks the book as a product of the brand synergy of MCU’s Lame Duck (no pun) Captain America: Brave New World. This is a book that was produced to resemble a film enough to portray crossover fans. But there’s far more going on with a better angel than synergy. There are semi-effective racial identity threads running throughout the book. One is: Evil businesses target people marginalized by mind control and…
If Avengers #29 was the issue where fragments of Jed Mackay’s Master Plan for the Earth’s most powerful hero began to fall into place, Avengers #30 is when Mackay hits his foot on the brakes. The Avengers eventually find out where their missing moment is, so they don’t waste time going hunting it. The hunt ultimately leads them to Battleworld, a patchwork planet created by Doom Doom in the secret war of Jonathan Hickman and Esad Livich. But it turns out that they are not the only ones on earth. It’s infected with zombie versions of different heroes! Marvel’s recent…
Mark Russell Vol. 2: Know your enemies. Angel wins as a team leader. The team is dipping their toes in one world under the Doom and X-Manhunt crossover, revealing what or who is kept in a secret floor. The series started momentum as two of the five issues had to be part of a different Marvel-wide crossover. It was impressive how they integrated into a larger storyline and what threads emerged from the issues, but to fully enjoy trade, we had to follow the macro stories that occur within the universe. Amazing The main critic of my enjoyment in Volume…
Imperial War: Exile #1 is a manga that works on two sides. As the various empires on Marvel’s space stage are caught up in war, they are intended to be picked up with fallout from the empire. It also intends to launch an asylum book for next year. This is intended to feature Professor Charles Xavier in the lead role alongside his longtime love, Lilandra and his daughter Zandra. The title “Exile” is definitely familiar to X-Men fans. This is because it often refers to a team made up of alternative versions of powerful mutants. Imperial War: Exile #1 sees…
Hey guys, Kruker, here’s a return to another issue of DC’s Batgirl starring Cassandra Cain, where Tate Blombar wrote Art and Art. This is problem #11 and is shy about just a year’s worth of comics. It’s a pretty impressive continuation that continues for a long time, but there are clearly many stories left. Shall we dig deeper? Honestly, some of the past issues are felt in a mixed way, but this is firmly “pretty good.” It enters the territory I thought I would enter, but there may have been far less “vitality” than I really wanted. Cass’s rushing out…
