Written by Aoi Akashiro and drawn by Sonsho Hangetsuban, the third volume of the Hit Manga series Working for God is scheduled to be released on July 8, 2025 through Titan Manga.

Working for God in a God-free world works for God in a God-free world. The cult drives him to secure Yukito’s reincarnation as his next leader. It is to be reborn in a world without religion, just for Yukito’s final hope. He finds himself in a Godless society where lack of faith brings amazing consequences.

The manga influenced the adaptation of the anime, which was released in April 2022. It was produced by Studio Palette, directed by Yuki Inaba and aired from April to July 2023. We featured Wrinkles and the opening theme for the ending theme “Stepin Up Life!”, “I Wish.” By Akari Kito. The anime is licensed by Crunchyroll and is available in English dubs.

Here’s the official explanation for Volume 3 via Amazon:

Working for God in a Godless World, Volume 3 continues his adventures from the hit anime of Crunchroll. Yukito faces powerful opposition in his quest to protect his new world and home, along with the god Mitama, whom he is spiing.

In the third article, they receive the words of the new god Dakini, who is engaging other villages in the storm as Yukito and Mitama continue to build their support.

Our heroes take us to the classroom, dismantle rival groups and learn new and old ways to ensure that they themselves are: They decide to secretly infiltrate Dakini’s cult and take away the power she has, but the looming threat of being discovered and Dakini’s mystical power is a mystical power that is charming and seducing.

Aoi Akashiro’s incredible storytelling is shown in the famous anime class #FE of the Elite and Tokyo Mirage Sessions, delves deep into existential themes, offering heartbreaking moments and thrilling action. Fans of the hit 12-part anime adaptation can see the raw and uncut origins of their favorite characters.

Readers are cut into a barren world and are fascinated by the respectful powers. The intriguing art of his son Hangetoban and the intricate story of Akashiro provide the audience with the opportunity to join Yuuri and Mitama in their quest for truth and survival in a world where God and man collide.

Ahead of the release, Titan Manga provided an exclusive preview for beat leaders to enjoy.
