My X-Men’s Twin City! Mutants from around the world have descended due to the third annual spooky experience in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The event, known as “Summer School,” took place between July 12th and 13th, and the mansion was heated with love for the X-Men. An immersive room was born, mystery challenged curiosity, and classrooms were filled with passionate hearts who wanted to analyze every aspect of lore.

Celebrating the 25th anniversary of the animated series X-Men: Evolution, special guests Maggie Blue O’hara (Kitty Pryde), Meghan Black (Rogue) and Steven E. Gordon (anime director/character designer). Tyler Mane, who portrayed Sabretooth in the 2000 X-Men film and Deadpool & Wolverine, also attended to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the live-action film. X-Men’s Creative: Animation series Eric and Julia Lewald, along with director Larry Houston and voice actress Katherine Disher (Jean Gray), gave the series a deep dive into Jean’s character as the heart and soul of the team. Comic creators Benjamin Percy (Wolverine, X-Force) and Ashley Allen (Magic) discussed work in the industry, and the iconic comic scribe Gale Simone returned to an emotionally recharged graduation ceremony where she gave an opening speech cited “She’s X-Man.”
Gail Simone will give a spotlight lecture on her work at X-Men Comics.
Once the class was over, participants were treated spectacularly after the party. There, the student hall transformed into a forest of cracon. Party attendants arrived on their own red carpet, enjoyed drinks in the Green Lagoon through the gates of Kracon, danced to an incredible mix of DJ neon horror, and concluded with an invincible drug show featuring D’Manda Martini, Aurora Veil, Dean Demonic and Lala Luzious.
