This beat is proud to reveal Monster High’s cover and seek information: House Hunter, a new five island biweekly series that will arrive this September in time for Halloween.

In this miniseries from author Ben Khan and artist Sonia Riao, Ghoolfriend decides to check out the skaabub of “Normie” just to discover that things have not appeared. Plus, IDW is making fun of the introduction of brand new characters into the franchise!

Editor Riley Farmer teased:

House Halters is a Wild Ride. We all had some suspicious skaabumbu experiences, but Ben Khan and Sonia Riao bring things to a new level of zero star host, five star creators. They take a lot of inspiration from 80’s horror films to deliver evil dead and monster high. Fans of scary movies will love this book if they can pass all the Panny Easter Eggs in Question #1. Not only are they conveying fear after fear in this creepy season, but Sonia and Ben have also worked with Mattel to create a gorgeous new character that fans will worship. There’s something for everyone! I have very realised that my house haunted house will finally hit the shelf this fall.

After rebooting the brand a few years ago, Mattel relies on the expansion of Monster High Franchise through a publishing program that includes comics published under IDW. Fans should definitely be excited about what’s coming next year.

Join Frankie Stein, Draculaura, Claudine Wolf, Cleo de Nile and Laguna Blue to uncover the mystery of their weekend haunts! All five issues are perfect for monster high fans and those looking for fear. To celebrate the Halloween season, IDW offers readers a biweekly series packed with spooktacular. And what’s more terrifying than a haunted house? Apart from the cabin, the ghouls found in the Normie version of scarebnb are… boring toads. There are no spider webs, rusty saw blades, no just sticky singing plastic fish. Ghouls are overwhelmed until they discover classically creepy basements, accidentally unleashing ancient horrors, awakening evil Titans, someone, or someone else, etc.
