LOS ANGELES, October 3, 2024 — Today, Skybound and Image Comics are teaming up with leading toy and gaming company Hasbro to launch the long-awaited GI JOE, a connecting variant by superstar cover artist David Nakayama. We have announced a cover series. A history-making comic from the chart-topping and acclaimed creative team of writer Joshua Williamson (Duke, Cobra Commander), artist Tom Riley (Duke), and colorist Jordy Bellaire (Duke, W0rldtr33) The series starts on Wednesday, November 13th. .

Skybound and Hasbro recently announced a series of promotional initiatives in support of GI JOE #1. Also recently announced are events in Los Angeles on November 13th, including an autograph session with Joshua Williamson from Things From Another World at Universal CityWalk Hollywood and Skybound Combined with an exclusive screening of GI JOE by Insider.
