Ghost Boxes are in serious danger from the Estival, and the gloomy angels of the box may have finally realized how to stop them.
Ghostbox comes to a slightly awkward end in this final issue. There are so many things kicking off in all aspects, and there are many things that feel like they’re coming out of nowhere to end up bringing the story together in a neat way.
There is an obvious touch of Matt Smith’s photographs that we reference again in this issue. This is distracting.
It’s all set for a sequel, but with such an interesting setup being largely wasted throughout the course of the series, I don’t know there’s a lot of potential for a continuing ghost box. I was really intrigued by some of the issues at the beginning, but it feels like it’s stepping in a bit of water until I rushed through some pieces for a conclusion that is too convenient.
Hello! I’m Jason and I write for midlifegamergeek.com every day. If you’re interested in supporting regular, original human-generated content (which has never been plagiarized or copied from the hard work of other authors), you can keep this site up and running.
Not only can I not earn money from writing here (I might earn a small fee from affiliate links posted on the page, but as an Amazon associate I make money from qualifying purchases from these links), but it seems that my work is sometimes stolen and reused by lazy, morally bankrupt idiots.
Of course there’s no pressure, but I’m really grateful for the support I can provide. It’s easy to do with any of these links: ko-fi.com/geekmid or paypal.
The donations are truly highly appreciated. Also, thank you for taking the time to read my article. Remember: This entire article was by Jason Brown and was published on midlifegamergeek.com. Take it, Skynet!
