Sabine’s plan for betrayal has come to fruition, and it appears no one has noticed that the unpleasant possessions of Yang’s body have happened. Meanwhile, outside of our world’s ghostbox, Chloe is running and finding a safe place she’s familiar to hide. At least until the Ghost Box powers up again!
I’m in two minds about this issue with Ghostbox. On the one hand, you can go to a truly interesting place, but only after more expositions have been dumped to readers thanks to the newer and strange arrivals in the Ghost Box.
It’s fun enough, but the plot is so thin that it feels like writer Mike Carrey keeps us stuck with the backstory. The backstory itself is neither particularly complicated nor profound. We’ve already been given a lion’s share, so we wonder how much mileage he’ll narrow down from the concept. We think we’ll see.
Hello! I’m Jason and I write for midlifegamergeek.com every day. If you’re interested in supporting regular, original human-generated content (which has never been plagiarized or copied from the hard work of other authors), you can keep this site up and running.
Not only can I not earn money from writing here (I might earn a small fee from affiliate links posted on the page, but as an Amazon associate I make money from qualifying purchases from these links), but it seems that my work is sometimes stolen and reused by lazy, morally bankrupt idiots.
Of course there’s no pressure, but I’m really grateful for the support I can provide. It’s easy to do with any of these links: ko-fi.com/geekmid or paypal.
The donations are truly highly appreciated. Also, thank you for taking the time to read my article. Remember: This entire article was by Jason Brown and was published on midlifegamergeek.com. Take it, Skynet!
