The latest Amazon Prime Day sale is underway, with many reputable TVs from LG, Samsung, Sony, and more being discounted for the occasion. If you can’t wait until Black Friday to upgrade, here are the best deals on October’s Prime Day bundles that are worth your time. Note that Amazon’s event runs until October 9th, and you must be a Prime member to take advantage of the discount.

Prime Day TV deals

Samsung’s The Frame TV. (Amy Skolheim)

Samsung S90D (55-inch) OLED TV for $1,297 ($500 off MSRP): The S90D uses a QD-OLED panel that combines the typical benefits of OLED displays with a layer of quantum dots. It’s worth noting. This discount marks a new low for the 55-inch model and is $100 off the street price seen over the past few months. Starting price is $1,498. If you want a small or extra large size, be aware that the 42, 48, and 83 models use inferior WOLED panels, so they won’t look as good.

LG C4 (55-inch) OLED TV for $1,297 ($703 off): LG’s midrange OLED isn’t as bright or as color-rich as QD-OLED TVs like the Samsung S90D, but it still delivers deep black tones. Delivers stunning images, high contrast, crisp motion, wide viewing angles, and 4K/144Hz support. The main advantage over the S90D is that it supports the popular Dolby Vision HDR format, which is not available on Samsung TVs. This price drop has been going on for a few weeks now, but this is in line with the lowest price we’ve found. You can get a 65-inch set for $200 more, which isn’t the best price we’ve seen.

LG C3 (65-inch) OLED TV for $1,297 ($203 off): The C3 is the predecessor of the C4 and was released in 2023. It should be a slight downgrade from C4 in terms of brightness and color performance, but it’s still the best. It’s a 120Hz refresh rate instead of 144Hz, but if you really want to save a few hundred bucks on a quality 65-inch OLED TV, it’s probably a better value. This discount is approximately $200 off the typical street price seen in recent months.

LG B4 (55-inch) OLED TV $997 ($300 off): The B4 is the entry-level model in LG’s 2024 OLED lineup. It offers much of the same functionality as the C4, but has lower overall brightness so it works best away from direct sunlight and glare. This deal represents the highest price ever confirmed for a 55-inch model. Other sizes have similarly dropped to all-time lows, including a 48-inch set on sale for $700 at Best Buy.

Samsung The Frame TV (55-inch) + Bezel for $998 ($668 off): Samsung’s The Frame series is designed to look like framed wall art, so it’s more about the TV’s aesthetics than its picture quality. Always suitable for people. While still expensive for a TV without local dimming or Dolby Vision HDR, this deal still represents the best price we’ve seen for a bundle that includes a colored bezel cover. Other sizes are also on sale.

Hisense U7N (65-inch) QLED TV for $748 ($352 off): The Hisense U7N looks like one of the best value TVs this year. Various reviews on the web say it delivers impressive brightness and contrast for the price, and can even play in 4K with a 144Hz refresh rate. However, the image can be blurry when viewed from the side, and gamers are limited to two HDMI 2.1 ports. We’ve seen this deal several times over the summer, but it’s still the lowest price ever for a 65-inch model.

LG C3 OLED TV. (LG)

Sony Bravia 7 (75-inch) QLED TV for $1,998 ($502 off): The Bravia 7 is a relatively premium non-OLED TV with mini-LED backlighting to improve contrast and quantum dots to enhance color. If other Sony TVs are any indication, it should offer solid color accuracy out of the box and excellent image processing for lower-resolution content. It only has two HDMI 2.1 ports, has narrow viewing angles, and doesn’t offer the deep black tones of a good OLED set, but it’s brighter. This contract marks a new low for 75-inch sets.

Samsung QN90D (55-inch) QLED TV for $1,298 ($500 off): The QN90D is another premium LED for those who want to trade the contrast, color, and viewing angles of an OLED set for much higher brightness. It’s TV. According to reviews, this is a rival to: Bravia 7: It may not be as accurate as it doesn’t have Dolby Vision, but it does have two more HDMI 2.1 ports, which is useful for gamers with multiple consoles. This deal is $200 more than the previous low price for the 55-inch model.

TCL QM8 (65-inch) QLED TV for $998 ($502 off): The latest TCL QM8 looks like a decent alternative to the Hisense U8N. A step-up model to the U7N, available for the same price, but without a huge discount As of this writing, it can only be used if you want a very bright TV, although reviews say the contrast is a bit poor . This is another discount that rivals the lowest price we’ve tracked.

TCL QM7 (55-inch) QLED TV for $498 ($302 off): The QM7, on the other hand, is a competitor to the Hisense U7N. It’s worth considering the 55-inch model in this set first, as it should perform better in bright rooms. However, the U7N turns out to be significantly more expensive, which matches the lowest price we found for TCL’s model.

TCL Q65 (65-inch) QLED TV for $430 ($120 off): The TCL Q65 is a fairly basic LED TV in terms of picture quality, but the ability to play at a 120Hz refresh rate at a lower resolution makes it appealing to gamers. It may be a target. Lower it to 1080p or 1440p. It technically supports Dolby Vision HDR as well, but it doesn’t have the contrast or brightness levels to truly take advantage of it. Still, the 65-inch model is a good value at a low price of $430. Other sizes will be discounted as well. Note that these sets use Amazon’s Fire TV interface.

TCL S5 (55-inch) LED TV for $265 ($65 off): The S5 is a more basic set with a 60Hz refresh rate, no local dimming, and no HDMI 2.1 port, but all you need is an available TV. If so, there is no problem. The second (or third) set is for the basement or back bedroom. This 55-inch version is priced at an all-time low of $5, which is about $15 more than the set’s regular retail price. This is another one that comes standard with a Fire TV interface.

Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Max. (Photo by: Jeff Dunn/Engadget)

Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Max for $35 ($25 off): All Fire TV devices tend to promote Prime Video and other Amazon services above all else, but if you can live with that, the 4K Max is It runs fast, works with major HDR formats, and supports all the apps you need. Even as a retro game machine, it has amazing performance. This transaction is comparable to an all-time low.

Buy Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K for $25 ($25 off): If you really want to save $10, the standard Fire TV Stick 4K offers the same core experience as the Max, but with a slightly slower processor and less internal storage. (8GB) and Wi-Fi 6 instead of 6E. This is also a joint row.

Roku Ultra (2024) for $79 ($20 off): Roku’s streamer has a more neutral interface than rivals like the Fire TV Stick. The company’s latest set-top boxes feature faster processors, backlit voice remotes, and Wi-Fi 6 support. This discount rate is at an all-time low.

Prime day sale expired

Roku Select Series (55-inch) LED TV for $260 ($70 off): The Roku Select Series has a similar budget-level image to the TCL S5, but if you want a really cheap TV, it’s worth a look. There may be. Run Roku’s OS instead. This one is even cheaper and other sizes are also available. If this TV is out of stock on Amazon, please note that it is available at Best Buy for the same price.
