Amazon’s fall Prime Day sale offers discounts on nearly every category of products the company sells. This includes kitchen technology and cooking utensils. Prices may be lower on Black Friday, but they won’t help you prepare Thanksgiving dinner. If you’re planning on doing that, now might be a good time to take advantage of October’s Prime Day kitchen sale on Instant Pot, Vitamix, Ninja, and Breville accessories.

Of all the kitchen gadgets I have at home, my favorite is my Instant Pot air fryer. Foods previously cooked in the microwave will become crispy and delicious in no time. Number two for cooking MVP is the classic Instant Pot, which I rely on to keep my beans and curry going. I bought both after reading the buyer’s guides (air fryer and kitchen technology respectively) and foolishly paid full price. Dear reader, please don’t make my mistake.

When it comes to making soups, sauces, suzies, and more, there’s no substitute for a good blender. Prime Day is a great opportunity to upgrade your aging model. Or get a model for a home cook you know can use some extra power. A juicer makes getting your vitamins easier (or at least tastier). What we recommend is something that is not a hassle to clean.

Ooni Karu 16 Outdoor Pizza Oven $519 ($280 off): Ooni makes our favorite multi-fuel outdoor pizza oven of all the ovens we tested. With its large capacity and built-in thermometer, it can handle full-size pizzas and even cast iron cookware using wood, charcoal, or propane fuel.
Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker $160 ($40 off): This is near an all-time low for a machine that received a high score of 90 points in our reviews. In short, it “makes frozen dreams come true.”
Meater 2 Plus for $100 ($30 off): Meater, a Trager-owned company, updates its latest meat thermometer with added sensors, improved heat resistance and overall durability . I liked what I saw in the official review.
Ember Temperature Control Smart Mug 2 (14 oz) for $94 ($56 off): The mug that magically keeps your hot drinks at the ideal temperature is now cheaper than ever. However, it is only available to Prime members. We recommend this product in our teacher gift guide, but anyone can appreciate its usefulness (just don’t put it in the microwave).
Cosori Electric Gooseneck Kettle $56 ($14 off): This matches the Prime Day price in July, and a decent price for a kettle that featured one of our editors’ small countertops. It has built-in different temperature settings for different types of drinks and features an elegant gooseneck spout.
Chemex Pour-Over Glass Coffee Maker $38 ($10 off): We recommend this coffee companion in our small gadget guide because it takes up less space than a drip machine and brews significantly better coffee.
Buy the Companion Tully Coffee Scale for $148 ($37 off): As we reveal in our guide to the best gifts for coffee lovers, coffee snobs (a term we use affectionately) love the Tully’s accuracy. You will enjoy it. Note that $148 is the lowest price this year, but you’ll need to be a Prime member to sign up.
