Today, AIPT can share pre-expansion announcements and cover releases of the new Palominographic novel by animator, writer and director Stephen Frank. He’s back to the fourth and fifth volumes, completing a major time jump from the neon-soaked ’80s to the dirty ’90s.

Frank and his company, Dark Planet Comics, are back on Kickstarter to crowdfund volumes 4 and 5 of the planned six-volume graphic novel series. The Palomino Volumes 4 and 5 Prelaunch pages have now come out live on Kickstarter.

“Palomino is 14 years old at the start of Volume 4, so not only will it move from the club’s heyday to the Twilight moment, but will also pass the baton from one detective to the next,” Frank said. “At the heart of that, Palomino is about the nonpersistence of everything we mistakenly assume is there for us, for the sake of our own, as a society, as a culture, and the only thing that really remains is the moral textile of the individual, and that has been passed from generation to generation. “

Palomino: Volume 4 is picked up in the 14-year Time Jump until 1995. The world has moved from the unsolved case of Irene Wilcox, but Lisette – now 29 years old and Liz has not passed through. Still struggling and energised by a deep sense of justice that often opposes the world, Liz hates this new thing called “email,” does not own a mobile phone, and is a bit of a misfit he writes in one of the valley’s free weeks. However, when the everyday challenges reopen the old wounds and Liz takes it to herself to revisit the incident her father could never close, she finds herself entering a world of deception and danger.
