Nintendo sues pirated software streamer for millions of dollars

Nintendo has filed a lawsuit against a streamer called EveryGameGuru for streaming gameplay of pirated games before their release and providing viewers with access to pirated tools and illegal copies of the games.

EveryGameGuru allegedly streamed Mario & Luigi: Brotherhood over a five-day period, weeks before its official release on November 7th. Even after Nintendo removed the video from various platforms, including YouTube, it continued to live stream on Loco and also included a QR code for CashApp. handle.

According to Nintendo, EveryGameGuru sent an email to the company saying it has “1,000 burner channels” and “can run this all day long.”

Don’t piss off Mario’s house! The company is seeking $150,000 in damages for copyright infringement. 404media has calculated that the amount could be in the millions of dollars, as the lawsuit claims at least 10 games were streamed at least 50 times.

Build quality is excellent, but it’s running on older hardware. To make matters worse, it has a lot of software issues and is considerably more expensive than Meta Quest 3.

The latest patch for God of War Ragnarok on PS5 introduces options first seen on the PC version to help soften the boy’s over-the-top, one-sided hints as Kratos contemplates the game’s many puzzles. Added. Enough, Atreus! (The patch also includes an upgrade for PS5 Pro that delivers smooth 60fps and better visuals. But it’s not that fun.)
