Batman won a new miniseries called Night Fight from the creative team of writer Joshua Williamson and artist Dan Mora this November, which will tie into the upcoming DC KO event.
The announcement came later on in the panel focusing on the aforementioned events (the first half was all about the absolute universe).
In terms of what the book is, the creators say it is part of a huge tournament at the heart of DC KO, saying Batman has been replaced by many different Robins in alternative future versions, especially those in which he himself is gone, Dick or Tim or Jason, who has become the Batman of that world.
Also, half of the panel announced that writers Mark Waid and Christopher Cantwell will team-writate Flash during the event.
Finally, briefly aside, writer Scott Snyder addressed the speculation that DC KO might end the red hot absolute universe. Snyder said it was simply not true.
Snyder said the growing absolute universe and the changing DC All-in mainline are actually “one giant saga.”
