One world under Doom, Marvel Comics’ biggest crossover event, continues to be filled with surprises and interesting twists and turns. Written by Ryan North, known for comics such as Fantastic Four and Invincible Squirrel Girl, and by RB Silva, known for comics like X and Captain America’s Rise of the Power: Symbol. As the heroes rush to stop him, who their fate is, and his motivations are challenged, and the Marvel universe is changed forever.

The Issue 9 series skips July following the announcement of several tie-up issues that show how the status quo events will resonate throughout the Marvel Universe this summer, including ones focusing on Jonathan Hickman and the Gods of Valerio City. One world under Doom #6 will see the dark truth behind Emperor Doom’s power, but will it bring about Doom’s fall or simply force him to tighten his grip?

Doom’s reign has been successful for months. Despite doubting whether some of the heroes are on the right, they are loved by people. Our favorite superhero imagines the ultimate hopeless gambling idea of Reed Richards from Fantastic Four, so he reveals the horrifying secrets he has acquired about Doom’s global domination, but is that enough? What is Doom hidden beneath that Ratberiandome? Everything is revealed – at awful cost. It is the beginning of the end for some, and the beginning of a new era for others

Check out the cover of Ben Harvey below and pre-order the upcoming issues of the world under Doom at today’s local comic shop. For more information, please visit the Marvel website.
