Marvel Announces Astonishing Infinity Comics for Marvel Unlimited • AIPT

Marvel Comics revealed interior art and details for the upcoming Astonishing Infinity Comics at today’s Marvel’s Next Big Thing panel at New York CC. Marvel Unlimited comics feature the X-Men, Spider-Man, and the Avengers.

It has been revealed that the first two chapters of The Astonishing Spider-Man will be released for free starting today. Scott Aukerman will write the Spider-Man story, with art by Salva Espin.

“Whether you’re a regular Spidey reader or have never read a single comic featuring the wall-crawler, there’s something for you in ASTONISHING SPIDER-MAN. There has to be!” teased Aukerman on Marvel.com. “I wanted to start this book by putting Peter in a terrible situation with no easy solution, but let’s just say that the situation gets worse as it goes on. It’s something that makes me seriously consider what I’m doing and whether I should continue doing it.”

New York, NY — October 17, 2024 — Marvel Unlimited gets its most surprising update yet. Starting today, Marvel Unlimited is launching an all-new Astonishing Infinity Comic line, starting with ASTONISHING SPIDER-MAN. Both Issues 1 and 2 are available to our readers for a limited time, free of charge and with no login required.

Announced at the Marvel’s Next Big Thing panel at New York Comic-Con, the new weekly series “ASTONISHING SPIDER-MAN Infinity Comic” will be created by Scott Aukerman (Spider-Man Unlimited Infinity Comics, Comedy Comics). Written by Bang Bang) and illustrated by Salva Espin (X-MEN). 1997 comics). In this new series, Spider-Man’s life encounters some serious trouble…and it all starts with a shock!

The new Astonishing Infinity Comics series will also include Astonishing X-Men stories starting in December of this year and Astonishing Avengers stories starting in January 2025. Astonishing X-Men will be helmed by writer Steve Orlando and artist Francesco Arcidiacono, followed by writer Alex Paknadel. ASTONISHING X-MEN’s Tim Seeley and artist Philippe Sevy.

Fans can read ASTONISHING SPIDER-MAN #1 and #2 for free as part of Marvel’s Infinity Comic: Start Scrolling digital program at Marvel.com/infinitycomics. Marvel’s Infinity Comic: Start Scrolling launched earlier this year and is exclusive to Marvel Unlimited, giving comic fans instant access to select stories from the Marvel Universe for free, with no login required.
