Today, Skybound and Image Comics announced an exciting line-up of comics to be included in Invincible Month, a celebration of the universe’s best superhero comics. This month includes new comics, reprints of the most sought-after issues, and all new collections arriving in March 2026. With the debut of Season 4 of the hit animated series on Prime Video, fans of Invincible can celebrate the comic that started it all month long.

Perfect for those who want to discover every corner of the Invincible Universe. Invincible monthly releases include Invincible #1 Foil Edition (where it all began), Marvel Team-Up #14 (an iconic team-up with Spider-Man), Invincible Universe: Battle Beast #7 (a bloody revival of the hit series), Invincible Returns #1 Facsimile Edition (the first appearance of THRAGG!), Capes #5, Invincible Vol. 14 (new edition), Muteki Omnibus Vol. 1.

“I can’t believe Invincible has grown to the moon!” Kirkman said. “Cory, Ryan, and I could never have imagined that this series would grow so much over the years. It’s so great to have the opportunity to celebrate our series in comic shops at the same time as the debut of our hit TV show! Stay tuned for bigger and better things to come!”

The month begins with the March 4 release of Marvel Team-Up #14, the historic first meeting between Invincible and Spider-Man. This groundbreaking issue from writer Robert Kirkman (Invincible, The Walking Dead), artist Corey Walker (Invincible), and colorist Dave McCaig (The Walking Dead Deluxe) is one of the most sought-after comics of our time. With a star-studded lineup of variant cover artists including Spider-Man legends Todd McFarlane, Erik Larsen, Ryan Ottley, Mark Bagley, Alex Saviuk, and more, this is a comic no superhero fan should miss!

Invincible Vol. will also be released on March 4th. 14 (New Edition) brings together issues #79 through #84 of the hit series in an easy-to-read format, with a new cover by Cory Walker and Dave McCaig.

Invincible #1 foil edition will be in comic book stores on March 11th. This special foil edition reprints the groundbreaking first issue of Invincible, including historic first appearances of Invincible, Omni-Man, and more.

March 18th sees the epic return of Invincible Universe: Battle Beast in its second story arc from the long-time Invincible creative team of co-creator/writer Robert Kirkman and co-creator/artist Ryan Ottley. Perfect for longtime fans and new readers alike, Invincible Universe: Battle Beast #7 begins a new bloody epic. Battle Beast now faces two of the most dangerous enemies of his lifetime…and did we mention the Viltrum Empire is on the horizon? Invincible Universe: Battle Beast #7 features a main cover by Ryan Ottley and Annalisa Leoni, and variant covers by Todd McFarlane and Annalisa Leoni, Chris Burnham and Brian Lever, Rossi Gifford, Edwin Garmon, and Matthew Roberts.

Invincible Month continues with the March 25 release of Invincible Returns #1 Facsimile Edition, a special reprint edition featuring the first appearance of Slug, who will debut in Season 4 of Prime Video’s animated series. After the shocking events of Invincible War and the devastating battle with Conquest, Invincible is ready to turn the page on a bold new era. Just in time for the beginning of the Viltrumite War. This special standalone issue brings readers new and old up to date on everyone’s favorite superhero comic.

Capes #5 will also be available in comic book shops on March 25th. Twenty years after its debut, Capes is back with a special remaster. Featuring new art and updated dialogue from the original creative team of Robert Kirkman and Mark Englert. Capes #5, the first reprint since its release, includes an all-out war between CAPES, INC. and CHRONODILE! But will one hero make the ultimate sacrifice?

And finally, because the Invincible celebration doesn’t last just one month, Skybound and Image are releasing Invincible Omnibus Vol. 2. 1 HC (ISBN: 9781534332980 | MSRP: $125.00) will be available on April 1st. Collected in a stunning hardcover omnibus, this edition includes issues #0 through #47 of the groundbreaking comic series by Robert Kirkman, Corey Walker, and Ryan Ottley, as well as the iconic Marvel Team-Up #14 for the first time. In response to longtime fan demand, readers can now experience the critically acclaimed comics from the beginning, including the historic team-up between Invincible and Spider-Man. This one printing of Invincible Omnibus Vol. 1 HC is a must-see for Invincible fans and a one-of-a-kind addition to your comic book shelf.
