The enchanting devilish model is back on the runway as Colin Howell’s LILITH #1 heads into its second printing. Vault has announced that the second printing will be released on the same day as Lilith Volume 2 on November 6th. The second printing brings a new fashionable look in the form of two new covers, which you can see below.
Cover A is a bright red and Cover B is a NSFW black bag.
It was written and illustrated by Howell, with colors provided by Vanya Sahdeva, lettering by Jim Campbell, and design by Tim Daniel. This comic series with the spicy horror of Lilith served as the first title in THRESHOLD’s line of sci-fi, fantasy, and horror works with a spicy twist.
Here’s an overview:
Lilith is an immortal woman exiled from her home, a dimensional dimension that is suspiciously similar to humanity’s concept of hell. She was secretly preying on humans while pretending to be a model on Earth…that is, she meets Penelope, a kind bookstore owner with a book that may hold the secret to returning Lilith to her dimension. Until. If the two unequaled people don’t fall in love first! “Watch out, kid, she’ll chew you out.”
“Lilith started as a way to deal with my OCD and past traumas that burned me from the inside out,” Howell said in an interview with The Beat in July. “Initially, it was just a depiction of this dark-haired woman slaughtering her enemies or eating the lovers who despised her, sending her into a spiral of cannibalism. But as time went on, I As I drew her, her character began to take shape: this demonic creature woman who eats anyone who angers her.One day, I was brainstorming names on Discord. I would like to thank my friend Sasha for coming up with the name “Lilith” when I follow her story as she picks up the pieces, similar to the trauma I’ve been dealing with as she comes to see her as an outcast in the eyes of those she once trusted. I’m a horror fan, so I throw in some blood, guts, and gore while also helping with the sexiness aspect. ”
Lilith #1 and #2 will be available in bookstores on November 6th.
