Dark Horse Comics has announced Devil on My Shoulder, a horrifying No. 4 revenge horror series from Kyle Starks’ creative team (Monsters lie) and Pio Turkowalski (Let’s make this a demon). Released on November 5th, 2025, the miniseries features Brad Simpson’s colours and Josh Reid’s letters, as well as covers from Kowalski, Martin Simmons and Christian Ward.
The story follows Tee, who survives 40 days of torture at the hands of five men. Her path of retribution changes supernaturally, with encounters involving former hitman, twisted art collector and literal demons.
“I wanted to do something dark and scary, I wanted to do something cruel,” Starks said. “This is not a comedy. The demon on my shoulders saw the crow spirit, Killbil, and I saw the devil. It’s about the scary people facing a better partner than Piotr.
Devil #1 on My Shoulder arrived at the comic shop on November 5th for $4.99 and is now available for pre-order.
