IDW Publishing sets the stage for a bold new chapter in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comics. Following the praised run of Jason Aaron and Juan Ferreira, the series will reboot its issue on December 13th this year, showing off its brand new creative team. The duo promises a heartfelt high stakes storyline and faces a deadly new assassin lurking in the shadows as the Turtles reunite in the city on the edge.

The renewal was previously led by Marvel group editor Jake Thomas and kicks off with a collector-focused blind bag variant program featuring art from top names such as Daniel Warren Johnson and Clayton Crane.

Prior to the renewal, fans will be able to enjoy the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in October in 2025. Written by Kenny Porter. This starts with a Halloween themed edition by Jared Cullum, which bridges the creative transition.

And that’s not all – November brings TMNT: Battle Nexus. This is a five-week event featuring iconic TMNT Multiverse characters. The storyline includes favorites such as Shredder, Metal Head, and Ninjara, and has contributions from top TMNT creators such as Tom Waltz, Sophie Campbell and Eric Burnum.

Also, we entered the store in November was the epic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles x Godzilla Crossover by Tim Seely and Ferro PE. In this legendary clash, the leg clan has a new mission. Stop the monster. But expect a mayhem of the Titanic percentage mutant, as shredders and clans are included in the mix.

IDW is also expanding its TMNT publishing line with titles such as Shredder, Casey Jones, Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Journeys, and Saturday Morning Adventures.

Get ready to answer fan questions about Shredder and Casey Jones and stay tuned for TMNT next Tuesday!

Fans can pre-order these upcoming issues through their local comic shops, or visit Comicshoplocator.com to find a store nearby.
