Black Friday is only a few days away, but many retailers have already started their official holiday sales. This means some of the TV sales expected to be seen after Thanksgiving are already up for grabs. If you want to freshen up your living room, scour reviews and check price history to find some really decent Black Friday TV deals.
You can find our favorites below, including OLED and LED TVs of various sizes from Samsung, Sony, LG, Hisense, and TCL. If you’re already happy with the set, we’ve also included some deals on your favorite streaming devices from Amazon and Roku.
Some of these discounts have actually been available for several weeks, but most represent the lowest prices we found for each set. We’ll continue to update this post throughout this week if more discounts emerge or prices change.
Hisense U6N QLED TV (55-inch) at Amazon for $348 ($200 off MSRP): Reviews around the web praise the U6N as one of the best budget-level TVs of the year. It’s one of the few options in this price range with mini-LED backlighting, quantum dots, and full-array local dimming, all of which offer better contrast and richer colors than most of its direct competitors. Helpful. The image looks washed out if you don’t look at it from the front, and the 60Hz refresh rate isn’t optimal for gaming, but it’s still a good deal. Hisense U7N QLED TV (65-inch) for $698 ($300 off) on Amazon: The U7N is an outstanding LED TV for those who don’t want to pay for a high-end set but can still break their budget. It delivers higher brightness levels and better contrast than the cheaper Hisense U6N, and can play in 4K at 144Hz, so you can get the most out of your PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X. However, its viewing angles are still not ideal. Limited to two HDMI 2.1 ports suitable for gaming. This is another deal we’ve seen in recent weeks, but it’s the lowest price ever for a 65-inch version. If you prefer something smaller, the 55-inch model has dropped to a new low of $478. Hisense U8N QLED TV (65-inch) for $898 ($602 off) at Amazon: The U8N is another well-reviewed 2024 TV from Hisense. Like the lower-priced Hisense U7N, it offers mini-LED backlighting, quantum dot colors, 4K/144Hz support, and even works with the convenient Google TV platform. The extra money gives you a more impressive picture with better contrast and higher overall brightness for a non-OLED TV. This transaction is the lowest on record. Also at Best Buy. Other sizes are also discounted, but note that the 55-inch version isn’t as bright as the larger version, and the 75-inch set has slightly worse contrast. The viewing angle is not very wide either way.
LG B4 OLED TV (48-inch) for $600 ($200 off) at Best Buy: The B4 is LG’s 2024 entry-level OLED TV. You get the essential perks of a good OLED set—great contrast viewing angles with deep black tones and wide contrast, fast motion, etc.—but they’re not as bright as higher-end models, so they’re best kept in a dark room is. That said, if price is important to you and you don’t mind a smaller panel, this is a great value. This discount rate is at an all-time low. The 55-inch version also sells for as low as $998, a price we’ve seen several times before, while the 65-inch model hits a new low of $1,198.

Samsung S90D QD-OLED TV (65-inch) on sale for $1,398 ($800 off) on Amazon: Samsung S90D is a premium set that stands out for its QD-OLED panel that combines the benefits of a superior OLED display and a layer of quantum dots . . This allows for more vibrant colors with a wider color gamut, so images tend to “pop” more than traditional OLED TVs like the LG B4 and C4. There are also four HDMI 2.1 ports. However, like all Samsung TVs, it doesn’t support the popular Dolby Vision HDR format. This discount matches the highest price ever for a 65-inch model, excluding in-store specials and one-time coupon sales. Typically, the price of this set has increased by $200 over the past month. Samsung S95D QD-OLED TV (55-inch) for $1,898 ($500 off) at Amazon: The S95D is Samsung’s flagship set for 2024. Its QD-OLED panel is good, but it mainly stands out for its matte finish, which makes it noticeably better. More effective at preventing glare than most OLED TVs. That said, there’s no Dolby Vision, and the matte coating can make black tones look almost gray in direct light. In general, you need a TV more than most people need. But if you have the cash to spend, this transaction is yet another record low. Samsung and Best Buy also sell other sizes.
Samsung QN90D QLED TV (43-inch) for $898 ($400 off) at Amazon: The Samsung QN90D is another high-end LED TV for those who want more brightness at the expense of the deep contrast and wide viewing angles of a good OLED set. is. Dolby Vision doesn’t exist yet, and most reviewers we trust suggest the Hisense U8N is a better value. However, this set comes with two more HDMI 2.1 ports and comes in a wider range of sizes, all offering similar performance. This is the lowest price we’ve seen for a 43-inch model, but again, this deal has been around for a few weeks. Other sizes will also be reduced in price. Even Samsung, B&H, etc.
Samsung The Frame TV (2024) QLED TV (55-inch) at Woot for $878 ($620 off): The Frame TV lags behind other sets in its price range in terms of picture quality due to the lack of local dimming to increase contrast. Sony BRAVIA 7 (Sony)
TCL Q550F QLED TV (55-inch) for $250 ($200 off) at Best Buy: The TCL Q5 is a relatively basic LED TV with no local dimming, no HDMI 2.1 port, and a 60Hz refresh rate. This model also uses Amazon’s Fire OS software, but it’s not as clean as other platforms. Most people should buy the nicer looking Hisense U6N instead. But if you really want to save an extra $100, or just need a cheap TV for your back room, that’s it. This discount on the 55-inch model is the best we’ve tracked.
TCL Q68 QLED TV (55-inch) on sale for $300 ($200 off) at Woot: The Q68 is another inexpensive LED TV, but while it’s not quite up to the picture quality of the Hisense U6N, it’s better than the TCL Q5 thanks to local dimming. It should provide good contrast. Features. Like the Q5 and U6N, you can also play at a 120Hz refresh rate by lowering the resolution to 1080p or 1440p, which is great for gaming. If you don’t want to spend more than $300 for a 55-inch set, this is the lowest price we found for this particular model.
TCL QM8 QLED TV (65-inch) for $1,000 ($500 off) on Amazon: If the Hisense U8N is no longer available, the TCL QM8 seems like a good replacement. According to a reviewer we trust, it could be even brighter, but with slightly worse contrast. We’ve seen this discount several times in recent months, but this is comparable to an all-time low for a 65-inch model. Also at Best Buy.
Sony Bravia 7 QLED TV (55-inch) on sale for $1,298 ($402 off) on Amazon: The Bravia 7 is a relatively premium set with mini-LED backlighting to improve contrast and quantum dots to enhance color. Reviews say it delivers accurate colors out of the box and retains detail in low-resolution content well, so it’s worth considering over the Hisense U8N if these are your main concerns. However, it’s an LED TV with only two HDMI 2.1 ports and mediocre viewing angles. Although this price is an all-time low, most people will be happier buying an OLED TV at this price. Roku Streaming Stick 4K for $29 ($21 off) at Amazon: Picked from our guide to the best streaming devices, the Roku Streaming Stick 4K features snappy performance, support for Apple AirPlay, and a super simple interface that’s easy to access. Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Max for $33 ($27 off) at Amazon: This is a new low for Amazon’s top-end streaming stick that runs fast and supports all major streaming apps and HDR formats. We found it surprisingly flexible as a gaming device, but you’ll have to put up with an ad-heavy interface that promotes Prime Video and other Amazon services above all else. Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K for $22 ($28 off) on Amazon: For better or worse, the standard Fire TV Stick 4K offers the same core experience as the more expensive 4K Max, but with a slightly slower processor and less storage.
