The Biden administration’s antitrust efforts over the past four years have been notable for their sheer volume, with ongoing lawsuits against Apple, Meta, Google, and Amazon, as well as technology-related cases like Ticketmaster. Sparring with other companies is also underway. Biden’s team has pushed to block megamergers, increase competition and punish companies for unfair business practices, no matter how minor.

So what about the next president? We compare Kamala Harris (who appears to be less antitrust aggressive than her predecessor) to Donald Trump, who was also quite active in the antitrust arena during his tenure in the White House. Mr. Trump already has strong opinions about some of the biggest companies in the technology industry.

Apple’s revamped Mac mini is a 5-inch by 5-inch box with a height of 2 inches and could become a full-fledged workhorse. Of course, it can be equipped with Apple’s M4 chip, but it can also be configured with the even more powerful M4 Pro model, which was announced at the same time as the new mini.
